Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Pure Leaves, 59 Central Road, Worcester Park, KT4 8EB. Contact: support@pureleaves.co.uk.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your goods. Prices are in pounds sterling. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or a price on the website is clearly wrong.

Payment

Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place the order. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery costs and times are in our delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Cancelling and returns

Your right to cancel, and what to do about faulty or damaged goods, are in returns and refunds.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for goods that do not match their description or are faulty, as set out in your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Please check the packaging for ingredients if you have allergies.
