What we collect and why

• When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. We use it to take payment, deliver your order, send you a receipt and deal with any problem. We keep order records for 6 years because the law requires us to keep accounting records.
• When you contact us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
• When you ask to be told about a product coming back in stock: your email address and the product. We email you when it returns.
• Technical information: your IP address and basic request details, used to keep the site secure, limit abuse and find errors. We use two functional cookies; see the cookie policy.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails without your agreement. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Who handles it for us

• Stripe takes your payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the bot check on our forms.
• Amazon Web Services sends our emails.
• Royal Mail receives your name, address, phone and email to deliver your order.
• Sentry records technical errors so we can fix them.

Some of these providers process information outside the UK, using the safeguards the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted (unless we must keep it, such as order records), object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy. Email us to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change how we use your information we will update this page.
