Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you would like an order sent elsewhere, please contact us first.

Cost

UK delivery is £4.50 per order, and free when your order comes to £70.00 or more. The delivery cost is shown in your basket before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and normally arrive 2-10 working days after dispatch. If we cannot dispatch something promptly we will let you know by email.

If your order is late, lost or damaged

Please email support@pureleaves.co.uk with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the parcel and the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See returns and refunds.
